Venue
The workshop will take place at UCLouvain (Université catholique de Louvain), whose main campus is located in Louvain-la-Neuve, a small city 30km to the south-east of Brussels. All events will take place in the mathematical engineering department of UCLouvain (INMA), located in the Euler building (avenue Georges Lemaître, 4, see picture on the right). The main room for talks will be Euler a002 (on the left after main entrance of the building). It is equipped with a beamer and a large whiteboard.
Louvain-la-Neuve is a very walkable city. You reach the Euler building from the city center by foot (in less than 15 minutes). The map below shows the Euler building and recommended walking paths to the Euler building from the hotels (Mozaik and Martin's).

Accommodation
Rooms for doctoral participants (ESRs) have been booked at the Kaleo Hostel "Gîte Mozaïk Louvain-la-Neuve". Other participants can book a room at the Martin's hotel. Both are located in the city center, very close to the station.
Transportation Information
The best way to reach Louvain La Neuve is to come first to Brussels. There are two airports serving Brussels.
- The closest one is Brussels International Airport (BRU). From there, one can take the trains to get to Louvain La Neuve (trip take approx. one hour, connect in Brussels-North). See this link for details.
- The other airport is Charleroi (CRL, "Brussels-South") which hosts low-cost airlines such as Ryanair or Wizzair. From there, one needs first to take a bus from the airport to the main Charleroi station ("Charleroi-sud") and from there take a train to Louvain-la-Neuve (one or two connections needed). See this link for details.
